Houston Appraisal Team is owned by Robert M. "Sully" Sullivan, a state certified residential appraiser since 1991. Sully manages a team of 15 appraisal professionals at your service. It is his goal to provide you with accurate appraisals in the shortest possible turnaround time with professional and friendly customer service.

Sully is an active member of Houston Association of Realtors and is a past board member of the Montgomery County Association of Realtors. He has been nominated for Affiliate Member of the Year several times and has chaired several golf tournaments and served on numerous real estate committees. Other memberships include National Association of Master Appraisers, Chamber of Commerce, Appraisal Institute affiliate member and IFA affiliate member.
